3. Applicability
1. These conditions apply if you buy or have bought something from us. We do our best to bring these general conditions to your attention. They state what we do for you and what we expect from you. Sometimes we have separate conditions for a product. In that case, these general conditions also apply.
4. The offer
1. We always tell you honestly what, when and how you can buy something. And of course what it costs and whether you can exchange it. Error on the product page? Of course you can hold us to that. Except when the error is clearly a blunder and you could have known that in advance.
5. The Agreement
We work every day on a secure web environment. Can you rest assured?
shopping with us. When you order something from us, you will receive a confirmation by email. After that, we will keep you informed until your package arrives. After all, it is your stuff. We add all the information and details you need to your order, but you can also find most of it on our website. Lost your receipt? No problem. We always email the digital version, so you can find it in your email.
6. Returns
Sometimes it just doesn't work out between you and your product. In that case, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt. You will receive your payment
within 14 days. If you decide to return your product then;
- We will send you a confirmation of your request;
- We will send you a new product or you will receive your payment back within 14 days.

2. Unpack your package in your own way and look at the product from all sides. Are you not happy with it? Then do not do anything with it that you would not want someone else to have done before you with your purchase.

10. The price
All prices include VAT. Normal
Shipping there is always free. When returning a product, the costs are for the account of the buyer.
11. Warranty
You are entitled to a good product. Is there still something wrong with it? Then we will of course solve this for you. In doing so, we always follow the law. Unless we think that is not enough: then you get an extra guarantee. If this is the case, we always state this on the product page.
12. Delivery
We do everything, absolutely everything, to make you happy. If you order on a working day, you will receive your purchase within three working days. Unless we have agreed otherwise. If it unexpectedly takes longer than we promised? Then we will let you know as soon as possible. If you no longer want it in that case, you will receive your payment as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days. In principle, if you can order it on our website, we have it in stock. If we cannot deliver it after all? Then you will get your money back, or we will offer you a good alternative. Of course, you can always exchange such a replacement product. If your order is damaged or lost before it reaches you, that is our fault. We will resolve it for you as soon as possible.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have a complaint and describe your problem as follows:
